Assume a five column database with the first column containing codes, second one containing a separator, third one containing some alpha values, fourth one is a combination of the first three columns and the last column has response times.
One may want to create as many charts as there are codes in column A. The charts should get created on different sheets with the click of a button.

Can the graphs be customized, i.e instead of the bars being in blue can we change the colour without going in each individual sheets. The colour could be same across sheets.

Could you be specific about the question. Do you mean that the 01 series sheet should have all the bars in red, series 2 should have all the bars in green? Is this what you want?
I would want all the bars to be in green regardless of the series.
