Create a data validation list from a range which has data appearing in multiple rows. I have shown two cases – one using macros and other using formulas.

As requested, describing my question below.
Excel sheet that I shared has two questions:
Question1 – Since you know that I have a huge data with TL and their agent names or agent ids. Your workbook’s “Formula Driven” has helped; however, I will not enter TL names in one go but I will enter the TL name only & when required and it could be multiple times too. (when I tried this on your sheet, it didn’t give me the correct result). please advise.
Question 2: As mentioned in Question 1, that I will enter the TL names only & when required. There are possible chances that I may require TL (A’s) name only once & rest cells will remain blank.
